  1. How long will it take to receive my order? Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders. 

  2. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.

  3. Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for customers who need their orders delivered more quickly. Expedited shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  4. What shipping carriers do you use? We use USPS for Ground Advantage (2-5 business days), Priority Mail (1-3 business days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days. 

  5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been processed for shipping.

  6. What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping? In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  7. Do you offer shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses? Yes, we offer shipping to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping methods. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.

  8. Do you ship to multiple addresses in a single order? At this time, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
