Crown to Sole was birthed from a conversation with God about all things Perimenopause.

Yes, I was needing some answers as to why life as I know it in my body has come to this place of dreaded nights washed in sweat and skin so dry that nothing works. It was so bad I said aloud, “Lord, I may need to make my own lotion” and then I heard him clear as day, “You should”. Gag! Yes, I was like, “Ok…, so you just gonna say that and leave it there. You know I love luxury, and the fancy expensive body butters didn't work, so how do I make one that works for me?”. 

He sent me on an adventure. The remaining hours of that day were spent researching every natural ingredient known to man that can help rejuvenate, soothe, smooth & treat dry skin to retain moisture. I found quite a few. I took time to find reputable & certified organic sources for each ingredient and then got busy creating. 

Crown to Sole has become my best and favorite place to be. I really enjoy what I do!
